Log in to your Kochava account and follow the next steps.

Select the desired Account and App and click on Apps & Assets > Partner Configuration.

Click on Add a configuration and select Jampp as Media Partner.

Next, you’ll need to edit the postback for every configured event (including Install and all Active Events).

For Install:

  • App ID, sending either the Package Name (Android) or the App Store ID (iOS) accordingly.

  • App Name with the corresponding name of your App.

  • Delivery Delay and Retry Attempts to its default values (Realtime Deliver and 3 Attempts).

  • Delivery Method set to All. This one is very important, as it will enable Jampp to receive both Attributed and non-Attributed data for the configured event.

  • Save.

For all Active Events:

  • App Name, same used for Install.

  • Event Kind with the event name.

  • App ID, sending either the Package Name (Android) or the App Store ID (iOS) accordingly.

  • Send Event Data to send event data for those events that support event metadata. This enables DPA (Dynamic Product Ads).

  • Delivery Delay and Retry Attempts to its default values (Realtime Deliver and 3 Attempts).

  • Delivery Method set to All.This one is very important, as it will enable Jampp to receive both Attributed and non-Attributed data for the configured event.

  • Save.

Traffic Verifier:

If you activate the Kochava Anti-Fraud tool, make sure to toggle ON in "Deliver Network Postback", in order for Jampp to receive this data and improve your traffic

This module is now complete. The following step would be to generate the tracker.

Step-by-step guide to generate the tracking URLs.

In order to generate Kochava's tracker URL for Jampp, follow the next steps.

Select the desired Account and App and select Apps & Assets > Campaign Manager.

Click Add a Tracker or Select Segment Tools (⋮) > Add a Tracker.

On the following screen, you need to choose an existing campaign or click on Click Here to create a new Campaign Name and Segment Name.

Add the corresponding App Store URL in Default Destination URL.

Below, pick a custom Tracker Name.

Set Tracker Type

  • If User Acquisition, choose Acquisition.

  • If Retargeting, choose Reengagement.

Select Jampp as Media Partner.

Check the Share with Publisher box.

Note: The Share with Publisher setting allows Jampp to only view the settings for this tracker.

Under Destination URL set Type to Custom and fill the App Store URL in Destination.

Note: You may pass all the Deep Links you have to your Jampp Account Manager to set it up in our internal platform.

In Event Matching, select All.

Optional: You may add Custom parameters with fixed values if you want, but it is not required, given that all relevant parameters will be automatically updated into the tracking link.

Once finished, send over both generated Click URL and Impression URL tracking links to the Jampp team. Repeat for each different Tracker configured.

The next section will be about granting the partner access.

Step-by-step guide to enable Jampp access.

In order to grant Jampp access to specific trackers, you just have to leave the SHARE WITH PUBLISHER box checked as indicated in the previous section, generating the tracker.
