πŸ” Why You Might Not See Ad Spend in Adjust

If you're not seeing ad spend data in your Adjust reports, it's likely due to the metric selected in your report configuration.

πŸ“Œ Understand the difference between spend metrics

Adjust provides two separate ad spend metrics:

  • Ad Spend (Attribution): Used for networks integrated via the Partner Ad Spend Push API, such as Jampp.

  • Ad Spend (Network): Displays values reported directly by the network, which may be empty because of the integration they are using.

⚠️ If you're using the default "Ad Spend" column, you're likely viewing the Network metric, which may not be populated.

βœ… What to do

  1. Open the report in Adjust.

  2. In the column settings, make sure you're selecting Ad Spend (Attribution).

  3. Confirm that values appear in the column as shown in the screenshot below.
    In this example, ad spend is visible when using Ad Spend (Attribution). If this metric isn’t selected, the column may show zero or no values.
